Young Realty Group puts resources and experience to work for its customers
Based out of the Bellaire office of Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS, Young Realty Group (YRG) is a collaboration of successful agents sharing resources and working together to provide the highest level of service to their clients.
YRG works with buyers and sellers of residential real estate throughout the central and western areas of Houston, from Downtown west to Katy, from Sugar Land north to The Woodlands.
Led by Broker Associate David M. Young, the team at YRG produced an average of more than $30 million in closed sales in 2014 and 2015, which qualified them for Coldwell Banker’s International President’s Elite designation.
YRG agents pride themselves on a customerdriven focus, providing their expertise to guide their clients through the multi-faceted real estate sale/purchase processes.

Young Realty Group was also recognized by the Houston Business Journal as the #12 team on their 2014 list of Top Residential Real Estate Teams in Luxury Sales.
