Watercrest at Shadow Creek Ranch is a brand new, unique independent senior community at 11745 Broadway St. in Pearland. It is scheduled to open for residents in the fall, and pre-leasing for future residents just started at the on-site leasing trailer at 11611 Kirby Commons Drive in Pearland.
The all-independent living community will feature 221 apartment and villa-style homes, available in one-, two- and threebedroom, spacious floor plans.
