Buddy Run 5K is June 11

The Down Syndrome Association of Houston has announced June 11 as the new date of its rescheduled second annual Buddy Run 5K at Constellation Field. The original April 30 event was canceled due to the unpredictable weather forecast.

Online registration will remain open until June 10 at 6 p.m. Race day registration will take place from 6:30-7:15 a.m. on June 11 at the ballpark.

Proceeds from the Buddy Run 5K will benefit DSAH’s operation of the Down Syndrome Resource Center, new parent packages, meetings and social event. These programs help develop the lives of the individuals and family so they may live to their full potential.
