SALES TRAINING MANAGER

Hearst Digita Marketing Services is ooking for a Sa es Training Manager in o r Ho ston office. Based o t of the Ho ston Chronic e, this position is responsib e for participat­ing in the deve opment and imp ementation of initia and contin o s training within a geographic area (Ho ston and San Antonio) of the company. The Training Manager wi have ownership of training new prod cts and prod ct changes, ens ring that a Sa es Personne can q ick y master and se o r entire s ite of digita marketing prod cts. The Training Manager ens res the ear y adoption and penetratio­n of both prod ct and sa es ski s across Sa es Department Personne , inc ding know edge and ski deve opment in Prod ct Know edge, Se ing Techniq es, Sa es Scripting and Sa es Processes. The position wi a so be responsib e for tracking/reporting on Sa es Personne Certificat­ions and working with Front- ine Sa es Management to achieve sa es goa s. HR S WH W R R: • Strong working knowledge of the challenger sales technique is highly desired • wo to four years of direct B2B sales within a Digital/ nternet Sales environmen­t • Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data to identify trends • xcellent public speaking skills with the ability to motivate in front of a

c assroom or one-on-one are a m st-have • rganizatio­nal skills, detail orientatio­n are critical to the success of this role. • Bachelor of Business • Must be able to develop a thorough knowledge of company processes. Must

have a va id driver’s icense and re iab e transporta­tion • ravel in this position is about 30-50% (regional, overnight)
