School supply drive underway

Interfaith of The Woodlands is collecting school supplies and backpacks through Aug. 12 at its headquarters, benefiting local students in need. Donations can also be made online.

Supplies being collected include markers, crayons, scissors, glue, pencils, pens, binders, notebook paper and backpacks. The supplies will be distributed to Conroe ISD students in Montgomery County in mid-August. Last year, the organization benefited more than 2,000 students.
