St. Joseph Medical Center offers 2 free events to seniors
The Senior Advantage Program at St. Joseph Medical Center in the Heights is celebrating its first anniversary with two free events open to seniors ages 55 and older. Bingo will be held on the second Wednesday each month, beginning Aug. 10 from 2-3:30 p.m. in the basement-level cafeteria. This location provides the group with a larger space to accommodate new members. Light refreshments will be served. Michael Bennett, Director of Business Services at St. Joseph Medical Center, will present a timely topic at the free breakfast 8-9:30 a.m. Aug. 24 in the cafeteria. His presentation, “Navigating Your Way through Medicare and Insurance Benefits,” will provide tips for getting the most out of insurance coverage and avoiding pitfalls.
