Group aids those who lose spouses

Loving Friends, a social group of men and women who have lost their spouses, will meet for dinner and entertainment Aug. 16 at 5 p.m. at Sweetwater Country Club, 4400 Palm Royale Blvd. in Sugar Land.

Violinist Henry Lee, a 20-year veteran of the New Orleans Philharmonic orchestra, will entertain. Lee has performed all over the world, including New York’s Carnegie Hall.
