Motiva to own naming rights to One Allen Center

Motiva Enterprises, a jointly owned U.S.-Saudi energy venture, will own naming rights of One Allen Center as part of a newly announced expansion of its headquarters to 204,500 feet in the downtown tower.

The lease also includes signature spaces like the lobby reception area, conference center floor and a large private outdoor balcony.
