Elva (Leija) Duncan, 86, of Houston, passed away on June 25, 2017. Services will be held at Pat H. Foley funeral home on Friday June 30 at 9:30 am. Interment will take place at the Veteran’s Cemetery in Houston, TX followed by a reception at Pat H. Foley funeral Home located at 1200 W. 34th St. Houston, TX.
