ANNE MADELINE MILSOP (nee Bozicevich), born January 31, 1922 in Salt Lake City, Utah, passed peacefully on August 18, 2017 in Pennsylvan­ia. She was predecease­d in 2001 by her husband, George Robert Milsop. Anne cherished her family and is survived by her sons, Daniel, David, and Robert in Texas, Donald in Hawaii, and her daughter Eileen, whom she lived with in Pennsylvan­ia, 8 grandchild­ren and 6 great grandchild­ren. During WWII Anne attended nursing school in Washington, DC. After becoming an RN, she moved to Long Beach, California where she met George who lived there after returning from the war where he served with the Marines in the Pacific theater. They married in Long Beach on June 1, 1949 and soon moved to Ohio where all of their children were born. Anne and George then lived in San Antonio and Houston for over 40 years where she worked at the profession she loved, nursing. Throughout her life she enjoyed creative sewing, jigsaw puzzles, gardening and volunteeri­ng at her church. She was generous of spirit, and considered her grandchild­ren very special. Services to be held August 24th, 2018 at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 2730 Nelwood Dr. (viewing at 2:30 PM) at 3 PM. Interment to follow at the nearby Houston National Cemetery for family only. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Diabetes Associatio­n.
