BUILD YOUR OWN PIE AT INFERNO PIZZA

The custom-pizza joint Inferno Pizza has opened in the first-floor retail space of the SkyHouse River Oaks, 2031 Westcreek. The fast-casual restaurant offers guests an assembly line of toppings they can choose from for an 11-inch, $9.99 custom pie. Guests can choose from an Asian-inspired teriyaki pizza to a barbecue or Greek-style feta cheese pie. There’s also a dessert-style pizza with Nutella. Patrons also can choose from one of the signature selections, including the “Inferno” made with spicy meatballs, jalapeños and pepperoni, or the “Thai Fusion,” topped with hoisin sauce, Sriracha and crushed peanuts.
