Find her behind the bar at: Etro Lounge, 1424A Westheimer

Hours: 9 p.m.-2 a.m. Tuesdays-Sundays Nickname? Thee. Length of time working at current place? More than 10 years at Etro. Lamest pickup line you’ve heard at the bar? Probably, “You got a pretty nose. It matches your facial features really well.” Most famous person you’ve ever served a drink to? He is probably gonna hurt me when I say this — but Brad Jordan, aka Scarface the rapper. Been serving him at The Davenport for years. Becoming friends with customers: yes or no? Definitely. That’s how I met most of my very best friends and ex-boyfriends. Most common customer complaint? “Where is everybody?” or “There’s not enough alcohol in this Long Island.” Song you’ve gotten sick of at work? Anything featuring Andy Bell of Erasure. What’s the sloppiest, drunkest thing you’ve ever seen on the job? Probably would have to be when a girl went irate thinking that our owner was her baby’s daddy — which he was not. Cops came out and everything. It was more interesting than the usual taking off clothes and falling out of chairs. What’s the most outrageous request you’ve ever gotten? So many. Someone asking me to help them score, to help them retrieve “party favors” — gross — or for me to kiss them. Who’s the better tipper, guys or girls? Guys. Where do you like to go have a drink when you’re not at work? Home. What’s your specialty drink, and how do you make it? Suicidal Blonde is my concoction of the month. Deep Eddy Lemon and cranberry with a splash of soda. What’s something your customers may not know about you? My hair is really straight. Not really, but they know almost everything about me except what my house looks like. They would be baffled if my hair really was straight. It’s funny! Know a bartender who deserves the spotlight?
