Rockets (32-12) update: They have the second-best record through 44 games in franchise history, one win shy of the 1993-94 team’s 33-11 mark. … The Rockets have lost three of the past four meetings with the Heat, including both last season. … The Rockets expect to have their starting lineup together for the first time this month. They are 13-0 with their starters all playing, 17-0 when Clint Capela, James Harden and Chris Paul play. … Harden averaged 39 points, 12 rebounds and 11 assists against the Heat last season. … Harden has had at least two blocked shots and two steals in each of his past three games. … Paul has had at least six rebounds in nine consecutiv­e games. His average of 5.9 per game is a career high. … Eric Gordon, fourth in the NBA in 3-pointers, was 0-for-9 from deep against the Warriors on Saturday.
