Cheesy Dill Pickle Dip is a versatile and delicious option.

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1½ cups finely chopped dill pickles

¼ cup finely chopped sweet onion

2-4 tablespoon­s dill pickle brine (more for a thinner dip)

1 tablespoon dried dill weed

½ teaspoon kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructio­ns: Mix all ingredient­s together in a bowl and chill for an hour for flavors to blend. Set out about 30 minutes to soften again before serving. Serving suggestion­s: Set out as a regular dip with strong, ridge potato chips or use as a sandwich condiment or with smoked salmon.
