RIVER OAKS DISTRICT RESTAURANT COMING FROM CLUB OWNERS

Cle Group, which operates Cle and Spire nightclubs, will open its first restaurant concept, Bisou, this fall at River Oaks District, 4444 Westheimer. Bisou (French for “kiss”) will take the place of recently closed Taverna. Bisou’s menu, overseen by chef Frederic Perrier, will feature continental cuisine of “bold flavors with an eclectic array of appetizers, small plates, sharable sides and desserts,” according to a press release. It will include dishes such as whole roasted chicken, crispy crabmeat macaroni and cheese, and arancini-wrapped escargot in spicy butter sauce.
