Herby Salsa Verde

¼ cup chopped flat-leaf parsley

¼ cup chopped cilantro

2 tablespoon­s chopped tarragon

1.5 tablespoon­s capers, drained, coarsely chopped 6 cornichons, chopped

1 small garlic clove, minced

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon grainy mustard

1 ⁄3 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Instructio­ns: In a bowl, whisk all the ingredient­s together. Serve atop steak, grilled or roasted vegetables, chicken or anything else you’d like to slather with this addictivel­y good salsa.
