Lupe Tortilla will open a location this fall in Sienna Plantation, 9211 Texas 6. Co-owner Peter Holt said that growth in Fort Bend County cemented the decision to expand. The Houstonborn Tex-Mex chain, known for its fajitas, already has more than 20 locations throughout Texas.
