UNION KITCHEN AND JAX GRILL EXPANDING TO KATY

Houston-based Gr8 Plate Hospitality will bring its concepts The Union Kitchen and Jax Grill to Katy early next year. The restaurants will occupy the ends of a U-shaped mall with a shared green space at Stableside at Falcon Landing in the Cinco Ranch area. Gr8 Plate owner Paul Miller opened his first Union Kitchen in 2010; there are currently five in Greater Houston. He acquired the Jax Grill (two Houston locations) in 2015.
