The Pomegranate Mimosa
Sparkling wine (see note) Pomegranate juice (see note) Pomegranate seeds (see note) Angostura bitters
Instructions: Portions depend on the size of your glass.
Fill your flute about 1½ inches from the top with sparkling wine. Add pomegranate juice until drink is the shade of red you prefer, ½ an ounce or so for smaller flutes, more for larger ones. Add a small spoonful of pomegranate seeds; they will sink, creating a nice, dark layer. Add 3-4 dashes bitters. Note: Find Pom Wonderful pomegranate juiceand pomegranate seeds in your produce section.
