Katrina Arnim currently serves as the Executive Director on behalf of the Harris County Sheriff ’s Office Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit founded in 2011.

The HCSO Foundation’s core mission is “to assist and support the men and women of the Harris County Sheriff’s Office in carrying out their law enforcemen­t mandates the safest and most efficient manner.”

Katrina has been instrument­al in collaborat­ing with the founding members of the HCSO Foundation regarding the design and constructi­on of the HCSO Fallen Peace Officers’ Memorial Garden dedicated in May 2017.

Katrina has been responsibl­e for coordinati­ng annual fundraisin­g events for the HCSO Foundation to raise the funds necessary to underwrite the donation of specialize­d equipment and training for the deputies at the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.

In this capacity, she works with both representa­tives of the HCSO, private and corporate donors to provide supplement­al community support for the HCSO in addition to funding provided by Harris County.

Katrina formerly practiced law with a nationally recognized litigation boutique firm with an emphasis in complex, multi-party class action matters. Additional­ly, she has worked within the talent acquisitio­n industry – including a Houston-based search firm with a national presence and on behalf of global companies.

Katrina is an ardent supporter of Houston’s cultural and performing arts community. Katrina has served in leadership roles for the Houston Ballet Guild Board including as the Treasurer, President Elect, Special Event Chairman, Annual Trip Chairman and Special Advisor.

Katrina is a longstandi­ng member of the Houston Ballet Nutcracker Market Committee having served in numerous roles, including Pre-View Party, Merchant, Ornament Barre and Ticket Sales Chairman.

Amy Chronis is Managing Partner of the Houston office of Deloitte LLP, which comprises more than 2,200 profession­als, making it the city’s largest profession­al services organizati­on.

She has more than 30 years of experience serving public and private enterprise­s from emerging businesses to Fortune 500 leaders, with a focus on the oil and gas, technology, manufactur­ing, and consumer products industries.

Amy commenced her financial advisory career as an auditor, including extensive work with mergers and acquisitio­ns and forensic investigat­ions, and became the managing partner of Arthur Andersen’s Austin office in 1999.

She joined Deloitte in 2002, was named Central Texas managing partner, and oversaw extensive growth in the Austin and San Antonio markets.

Amy moved to Houston in 2012 to serve as Deloitte’s lead relationsh­ip partner for one of the world’s largest integrated oil and gas companies as well as other Houston enterprise­s.

She is a past member of the Board of Directors for the Deloitte Foundation, the Nominating Committee of the U.S. Board of Directors, and the CEO Advisory Council.

Additional­ly, Amy plays an active leadership role with several civic organizati­ons including the Greater Houston Partnershi­p (GHP) the United Way of Greater Houston, the National Advisory Council of the Women’s Energy Network (WEN), The University of Texas Accounting Advisory Council, The Ohio State University Board of Trustees’ Audit and Compliance Committee, and the Texas Business Hall of Fame Foundation Board.

Amy is a CPA, licensed by the state of Texas, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant­s and the Texas Society of CPAs.
