N.Y. coworking company to move into Pennzoil Place
Bond Collective ,aNew York-based coworking company, has leased 25,871 square feet on two floors at downtown’s Pennzoil Place for its first Houston location. The company is also opening upscale office hubs in Brooklyn, N.Y.; Philadelphia; Nashville, Tenn.; Chicago, Austin and Washington, D.C.
“Bond Collective will be able to take advantage of over 20-foot ceiling heights on the first floor, creating a dramatic entry point to its space that will serve to activate the lobby with vibrant architectural design,” Tyler Garrett of Transwestern, which handles leasing at the building, said in an announcement.
Transwestern’s Tyler Garrett and Eric Anderson represented Chicago-based Metropolis Investment Holdings. Bond Collective was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s New York office along with Morgan Relyea Colt and Emily Howard Wilson in Houston.
Ilan Investments
has purchased Dolce Living Rosenberg, a 324-unit apartment complex at 7145 Reading Road next to Brazos Town Center in Rosenberg. Will Balthrope, Drew Kile and Jennifer Campbell of Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap, represented the seller, Dolce Living, and procured the buyer. The property was built in 2012 and 2014.
Houston Methodist Clear Lake Hospital
has purchased Fuddruckers on 1.28 acres at 2040 NASA Parkway in Nassau Bay for future expansion, according to the Bay Area Houston Economic Partnership. The restaurant, part of Luby’s, will continue to operate the location until the third quarter.
Ben Newell, on behalf of Transwestern Development Co.,
has purchased 23.5 acres at Royal Drive near U.S. 90 in Stafford for a speculative industrial development named Stafford Crossing. Daniel Steppe with the Steppe Family Partnership, the owner, was represented by Trey Erwin with Lee & Associates and Barkley Peschel with Colliers International. Tommy LeBlanc with Avison Young represented the buyer.
Cypress Preserve Logistics Center
has purchased 34.9 acres in the Cypress Preserve Park near Interstate 45 North and Cypress Creek Parkway. Todd Edmonds and Michelle Soderberg of Colliers International-The Woodlands represented the seller, Hendricks Interests. The site was purchased for a multibuilding distribution project led by Jeff Davis and Jeff Stringer of Davis Commercial Development.

has leased 10,120 square feet of industrial space at 3339 Pinemont in the Garden Oaks/Oak Forest area. Kyle Fischer and Sean Harman of Belvoir Real Estate Group represented the tenant.

has acquired a 48,000-square-foot, twostory warehouse on 5.4 acres at 1625 W. Grand Parkway North, Katy, from G-Tech Development. Glenn Dickerson of NewQuest Properties represented the seller.
G-Tech Development
has acquired a 32,606square-foot manufacturing building on 6.99 acres at 35002 Cooper Road, Brookshire, from Koomey Building. Glenn Dickerson of NewQuest Properties represented the buyer. Reed Vestal and Taylor Schmidt of Lee & Associates represented the seller.
