Man found shot to death at apartment

A man was found shot to death early Sunday in a southeast Houston apartment building, according to police.

Officers responded to a call for a shooting around 5:30 a.m. at a complex in the 100 block of East Edgebrook and found a man in a red sweater lying in the hallway. He’d apparently been killed by a single gunshot.

It’s not clear what sparked the shooting, and Houston Police Department did not immediately offer any information on a possible suspect.
