Explores the complex food system from farm to fork, with sections devoted to growing, transporting, eating, cooking and celebrating food. Our Global Kitchen illuminates the myriad ways that food is produced, moved and enjoyed throughout the world.

Destination Latino America
Ambassadors International Ballet Folklorico will present traditional dances and music of Latin America in their production, Destination Latino America. Audience will witness the rhythms, colorful costumes and spirited movements of the various and unique cultures of Mexico, Bolivia, Ecuador and Puerto Rico.

Evening Chill: Dinosaurs
