Twin Liquors to open pair of suburban wine and spirits stores

Spring Plaza, a 13,000square-foot shopping center under constructi­on at the southwest corner of Spring Stuebner Road and Spring Plaza Drive in Spring, is more than 50 percent pre-leased. Vets, a veterinary practice represente­d by Patrick Valentz with Xite Realty, will occupy 3,400 square feet. A 4,200-square-foot end space and a 2,800-squarefoot quick service restaurant building with drive thru are available for lease. The center is across Spring Stuebner Road from the 170,000-square-foot Kroger Marketplac­e-anchored Market at Springwood­s Village. Anderson Smith and Connor Lynch represente­d Capital Retail Properties.

Blink Fitness has leased a 16,000-square-foot space in the Long Point Shopping Center at Long Point and Wirt. Joshua Jacobs of Edge Realty Partners represente­d the landlord. Brian Ashby and Sydney Dixon of CBRE represente­d the tenant.

Austin-based Twin Liquors plans to open two more locations in the Houston area, bringing its local store count to eight since entering the market in 2014. The wine and spirits retailer will open a 4,000-square-foot store at 12343 Barker Cypress Road in Cypress and a 4,500square-foot store at 19964 Southwest Freeway in Sugar Land. The grand openings on July 26 will be attended by co-owners David Jabour and Margaret Jabour.

Southern Flow has leased 2,115 square feet at Shepherd/ Durham Shopping Center, 700 Durham. Lyle Cowand of Retail Solutions represente­d the landlord. Nathan Wang of Citadel Venture Holdings represente­d the tenant.

Men’s Health Memorial ,a specialize­d clinic for men at different stages of life, has opened in Midway’s Memorial Green mixed-use developmen­t at 12505 Memorial Drive. Led by Dr. Robert A. Ochoa, the 2,200square-foot clinic is on the third floor above Clean Juice. It joins other health, beauty and wellness tenants, including Houston Methodist, Define Mind & Body, DaVinci Body Sculpting, 18|8 Fine Men’s Salons, Isle PediSpa, The Lash Lounge and Ceron Hair Studio. Mr. Jan’s Math Class has leased 1,700 square feet in Churchill Farms Retail Center, at 4030 FM 1463 in Fulshear. Jack Gaffney, Doc Perrier and Gerald Leveritt with Finial Group represente­d the landlord, JH Commercial.

Evolve Lagree has leased 1,920 square feet for a fitness studio at Firethorne Plaza II Shopping Center in Katy. Jeff Warwick with Williamsbu­rg Enterprise­s represente­d the landlord. Ashley Casterlin of Davis Commercial represente­d the tenant.

Great Southern Music has leased 1,360 square feet in the Coles Crossing Shopping Center, at 12312 Barker Cypress Road, Cypress. Wes Miller of Wulfe & Co. represente­d the landlord. Andrew Nguyen of Central Management represente­d the tenant. Owned and operated by Kevin and Justin Perry, Great Southern Music sells, repairs and teaches guitars, drums, pianos and violins.

Alonso & De Leef has expanded by 750 square feet at 1201 Telephone Road. Jeff Fralick, Martin Turner and Rick Gutierrez of Retail Solutions represente­d the landlord.

Lazy Daze has leased 1,566 square feet at 4416 Fairmont Parkway, Pasadena. Joey Mendez and Eric Broussard of Retail Solutions represente­d the tenant. Gareth Kohlhausen of Latipac Commercial represente­d the landlord.
