Lately: The Rockets bounced back from the blowout loss in Miami to top the Grizzlies 107-100 on Monday. The Warriors picked up their first win at Chase Center on Monday, beating the Trail Blazers to snap a three-game losing streak.

Scouting the Rockets: The Rockets have won five of the past seven regular-season games against the Warriors, but the Warriors have won 8 of 10 in Houston. … The Rockets made 14 more 3-pointers than Memphis on Monday, the first time this season they had 10 or more than an opponent. They set an NBA record with 20 games of making 10 or more 3s than their opponents last season, going 17-3. … The Rockets are averaging a league-high 31.7 free throws attempted per game. James Harden is attempting 16.1 per game, more than six more than Anthony Davis for the most in the league and on a pace that would be the second-most in NBA history. … The Rockets rank 27th in the NBA in defensive rating, 30th in opponents’ field-goal percentage and 3-point percentage. … Harden leads the league in scoring, averaging 36.6 points per game. His 34 points were the most scored by a rookie this season. … The Warriors started three rookies — Paschall, Jordan Poole and Ky Bowman — Monday, the most to start for the franchise since April 2012 when Mickell Gladness, Charles Jenkins, Klay Thompson and Jeremy Tyler took the floor. … The Warriors rank last in the NBA in defensive rating and 28th in net rating. They are 29th in opponents’ field-goal percentage. Injury report: Rockets — Guard Eric Gordon (left hamstring soreness) is questionab­le. Guard Gerald Green (left foot surgery) and center Nene (strained adductor) are out. Warriors — Guard Stephen Curry (left hand fracture), forward Draymond Green (sprained left index finger), guard Jacob Evans III (left adductor strain), center Kevon Looney (neuropathy,) forward Alen Smailagic (right ankle sprain) and guard Klay Thompson (left ACL rehabilita­tion) are out.
