Anyone who has purchased a direct-from-the-farm produce box during the pandemic — either from a curbside pop-up or at a farmers market — knows the great variety of vegetables available now as spring soon segues to summer. What they may not know is the many possibilit­ies these vegetables and farm-raised proteins yield. Here are some recipe ideas for dishes that take advantage of the bounty from local farms.
