Prologis lands tenant in north Houston industrial park
NACC Disaster Services leased 114,400 square feet at Prologis Central Green, 16605 Air Center Blvd., in north Houston. Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, Prologis. Jim Pratt with Colliers International represented the tenant.
Fahra International purchased the Inwood Forest Shopping Center, an 89,213-squarefoot center at 5700-46 W. Little York Road in northwest Houston, from RPI Interests I. David Luther, Bob Conwell and Josh Friedlander of NewQuest Properties handled the sale. The center is anchored by a 20,460square-foot La Michoacana grocery, 20,000-square-foot Giant $ and 9,800-square-foot CSL Plasma location.
Woodhouse Day Spa ,a 5,800-square-foot spa operated by Evelyn Baldwin, will open at Baybrook Mall in June. It is one of 70 nationwide and four in the Houston area. Services include massage therapy, skin care, body treatments, foot and hand treatments, waxing and sleep treatments. The spa will be taking extra precautions against COVID-19, and will follow all CDC health-and-safety guidelines.

Howard Hughes Corp. will bring a fourth school to its Bridgeland community in Cypress with the opening of a new elementary school for the 20222023 school year. Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District purchased 16.7 acres off Tuckerton Road near Westgreen Road in Parkland Village as the site of a 125,000-square-foot school accommodating 1,092 students. Texas-IBI Group is the architectural firm.
United Healthcare extended its 16,691-square-foot lease at 2000 W. Loop South. Bob Cromwell
and Kevin Nolan of Moody Rambin represented the landlord. Bruce Rutherford and Cliff West of JLL represented the tenant.
Allstate leased 1,041 square feet at 14200 Gulf Freeway. Dani Allison of Resolut RE represented the landlord.

An undisclosed buyer purchased Rayford Village ,a 19,950-square-foot, fully leased retail center on 2.7 acres at 2725 and 2757 Rayford Road in Spring. Adam Soffar and Rob Naggar of JLL represented the seller, BNS Rayford Partners. JLL arranged the 10-year, fixed-rate acquisition loan with First Community Credit Union on behalf of the new owner.
MacKay Group acquired 27,310-square feet of freestanding office and warehouse space on 1.38 acres at 6220 Navigation Blvd. Zack Taylor and Tommy Erwin of Moody Rambin represented the buyer. Steven O’Connor and Marc Lawson of PrinGroup Commercial represented the seller, Kanprop Navigation East.
