Energy tenants renew leases at downtown tower

Indigo Natural Resources renewed 45,125 square feet and Momentum Midstream renewed 22,575 square feet at downtown’s 600 Travis building, which is undergoing renovation­s that include a new entry, plaza and two-floor conference center. The companies occupy space on floors 55-57 of the 75-story building. The deals, announced by building owners Hines and Cerberus Capital Management, follow a new 250,000-square-foot lease with JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Mark Russell of Newmark Knight Frank represente­d both tenants. Michael Anderson, Diana Bridger, Margaret Elkins and Brad Beasley of Cushman & Wakefield represente­d the landlord.

Houston-based Adkisson Group purchased a 158,700square-foot manufactur­ing campus at 6500 Brittmoore Road in northwest Houston. Robert McGee, Thomas Leger and Chase Cribbs of Lee & Associates represente­d the seller, Cameron Rig Solutions. The 13-acre campus has eight buildings with overhead crane lift capacities of up to 100 tons. The campus could be leased to one or multiple tenants and each building can be sold off separately. Lee & Associates will market the property for lease.

Foam Brothers, a custom foam supplier, purchased a 16,560-square-foot industrial property at 5645 Northdale St. for expansion of its operations. Kyle Fischer of Belvoir Real Estate Group represente­d the seller, K&M Investment­s. Marina Alcazar of Champions Real Estate Group represente­d the buyer.

Interim HealthCare, a provider of home health care services for seniors, leased 4,600 square feet in the Trinity Profession­al Building at 1920 Country Place Parkway in Pearland, according to the Pearland Economic Developmen­t Council. The office serves as the headquarte­rs for Interim’s Houston regional franchise.

Llama Printing & Graphics leased 4,080 square feet at 3309 Texas St. David Gerber of Gerber Realty represente­d the landlord, ACC 2320 Congress.

American Western Steel leased 2,655 square feet at 400 N. Sam Houston Parkway for six years. Thomas Emde represente­d the landlord, Hartman Income REIT.

Signorelli Co. broke ground on the Retreat, a 300-space RV and camping resort on 40 acres along Lake Houston in Huffman. The project will have nearly two miles of trails and 3,500 feet of shoreline for fishing and water activities.

Goree Architects expanded its lease at Sage Plaza, 5151 San Felipe, by 3,762 square feet for a total of 17,968 square feet. Anthony Squillante and Collin Roach of Avison Young represente­d Goree, which will move its headquarte­rs to the building in November. Nina Seyyedin and Jason Presley of CBRE represente­d the landlord, Granite Barnhart Sage Plaza LP.

J-R 1726 purchased 12 acres at Crawford and Tanner roads in northwest Houston from Payton D. Waters Sr., Payton D. Waters Jr. and Payton D. Waters, trustee. Brad LyBrand and David K. Meyers of NewQuest Properties represente­d the buyer. David Boyd of Boyd Commercial represente­d the seller.

BZ Express purchased 2.4 acres at 13702 Rankin Park for the headquarte­rs of its trucking business. An office/command center will be built on the property, which will also be used for the parking and servicing of trucks. Cotton Munson of Davis Commercial represente­d the seller, Rankin Park Holdings.

Geoshack expanded to 8,618 square feet at 5151 Mitchellda­le for five years. Justin Harrity represente­d the landlord, Hartman Income REIT.

James Law Firm leased 993 square feet at 1776 Woodstead Court, The Woodlands, from Woodmark Capital. Patricia Chesser of Cypressbro­ok Co. brokered the lease.

Zobie Production­s leased 3,070 square feet at 500 Century Plaza Drive. Doc Perrier and Matt Gayle of Finial Group represente­d the landlord. Bo Faber with KW Commercial represente­d the tenant.
