Man found dead in trunk of car after abduction

Deputies with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office found a man dead in the trunk of his car Saturday morning.

Police said the man went to his girlfriend’s house around 9 a.m. Saturday, and when he arrived, he was attacked by three men and forced into his vehicle’s trunk. The girlfriend reported the incident.

Deputies tracked the vehicle and found it abandoned on Smiling Woods Lane.
