Police seeking man, 19, in death of 3-year-old boy

Houston police are looking for a man in connection with a toddler's death last week in the Chinatown area.

David Ajanel Ixcayau, 19, has been identified as a person of interest in the death of 3-year-old Wilson Cosigua.

The child was found unresponsive last Thursday afternoon by paramedics upon their arrival at an apartment at 6401 Ranchester Drive. The boy was later pronounced dead at a hospital

Houston police initially said the mother learned the child was unresponsive from multiple relatives staying at the home. The child's cause of death has not been released, and his possible relationship with Ixcayau is unclear.
