Matt Eberflus, defensive coordinator, Indianapolis The Texans already have asked the Colts to interview Eberflus, who knows the Texans well after coaching against them twice a season since 2018. If the Colts lose at Buffalo in the playoffs on Saturday, he would be available. Arthur Smith, offensive coordinator, Tennessee The Texans — along with every other team with a head coaching vacancy — have asked the Titans to interview Smith. Like Eberflus, Smith is familiar with the Texans because of the AFC South. The Titans host Baltimore on Sunday.
