Family First ER kicks off Baytown developmen­t

Service King Collision opened two auto repair centers in the Houston area using the company’s new prototype program with modern finishes, LED lighting and energy efficient heating and cooling. The Spring Stuebner shop at 7323 N. Grand Parkway West in Spring and Fairbanks facility at 14641 Northwest Freeway are among 27 locations in Houston and more than 300 nationwide.

Family First ER opens Monday at 5410 East Freeway Service Road in Baytown as the first phase of a nine-acre developmen­t near Garth Road. The 24-hour emergency care center, on 2.5 acres, is led by managing physician Dr. Keegan Massey. An investment group made up of Mike Ho of Mambo Seafood, Trae Mindiola of Mindiola Law Firm and Houston developer and Realtor Ankur Desai is developing the site with plans for outdoor dining and entertainm­ent spaces. Tim Cisneros is the architect and Edna Midori handled interior design.

Southern Yankee Beer Co., a family owned and operated brewery in north Houston, signed a lease at 1312 W. Alabama St. in the former Good Dog Houston Montrose. The brewery plans to open Southern Yankee Crafthouse, according Davis Commercial’s

Lisa Rimkus, the company’s real estate broker. The property is owned and represente­d by Alex Jackson and Kolby Beich of Jackson Beich Realty Group, Kevin Dalrymple of Clay and Co. and John Andell of Hansen Partners.

Craft Burger, a gourmet burger restaurant and food truck founded by chef Shannen Tune, leased 1,242 square feet in the Mason Village Shopping Center at 21979 Katy Freeway in Katy. Craft Burger has a location in downtown’s Finn Hall. Wes Miller and Kristen Barker of Wulfe & Co. represente­d the landlord. Pierre K. Yu Inc. represente­d the tenant.

Aaron’s leased 4,500 square feet at Little York Plaza, 1409 Little York Road. Joaquin Orozco and Taki Dallis of Resolut RE represente­d the landlord. Clay Albers of Clay Albers Properties represente­d the tenant.

Find A Pet leased 4,650 square feet at 3433 Gulf Freeway. Myra Vorrice of Resolut RE represente­d the tenant. Fred Ghabriel of Bejjani & Associates represente­d the landlord.

Houston’s Fuzzy Tails leased 1,125 square feet at Kingsland Plaza, 23222 Kingsland Blvd., Katy. Jim Thompson and Benny Nguyen of Resolut RE represente­d the landlord.

Howdy Hot Chicken leased 2,320 square feet at Mason Square, 1443 S. Mason Road. Jim Thompson and Lyle Cowand of Resolut RE represente­d the landlord. Emily Durham of Waterman Steele represente­d the tenant.
