Dell Medical School honors Fauci with prize

Dell Medical School at the University of Texas at Austin is giving Dr. Anthony Fauci the Ken Shine Prize in Health Leadership.

Fauci is the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.

The prize honors a person who has shown “significant leadership advancements in health” and was created in 2016 to honor the former executive vice chancellor for health affairs at the UT system.
