UT sees layoff become longer

AUSTIN — The Big 12 on Monday announced it had postponed Saturday’s game between No. 5 Texas and TCU in Fort Worth due to COVID-19 protocols within the Horned Frogs’ program. That came on the heels of a postponement of Wednesday’s Texas at Iowa State game.

Shortly after the postponments were announced, TCU coach Jamie Dixon tweeted he had tested positive for the virus and has “begun self-isolation.”
