Texas soldier dies in incident at Kuwait camp

The Department of Defense has identified a soldier killed in Kuwait on Wednesday as 34-yearold Staff Sgt. Timothy Luke Manchester from Austin.

Manchester died in Camp Arifjan in Kuwait in what was described only as a non-combat incident, the department said.
