Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie
This keto-friendly smoothie is low in carbs and high in fat thanks to the addition of heavy cream and peanut butter.
1 cup unsweetened almond
milk
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter, no added sugar, no added oil
Liquid stevia extract or other zero-calorie sweetener of choice, to taste
1⁄4 cup heavy cream, plus
extra for garnish
1 cup ice cubes, or more as
desired
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder, plus extra for garnish Instructions: Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth. If you want a frothier, icier smoothie, add a few more ice cubes and blend again until smooth. Garnish the smoothie with a sprinkle of cocoa powder and a swirl of cream, if desired.
