Vegan Mango-Coconut Green Smoothie

Baby spinach has a mild flavor that won’t make this brightgree­n vegan smoothie taste like a salad.

1 cup washed fresh spinach

leaves

1 cup fresh or frozen mango cubes, plus extra for garnish

1⁄2 medium banana

3⁄4 cup light canned coconut

milk

1⁄2 cup orange juice

1⁄2 cup ice cubes Instructio­ns: Place all ingredient­s in a blender and purée until smooth. Dice any remaining mango and use it to garnish the smoothie before serving.
