DULENE DOLLINS ANSTINE

1926-2021

January 27, 2021, Dulene Dollins Anstine, 94, of Houston, beloved wife of Leslie Paul Anstine peacefully entered her eternal rest with our Lord and Savior. Born February 25, 1926 in Corsicana, Texas to William Edgar and Demmer Geter Dollins. Dulene grew up in Gladewater, TX, graduated Gladewater High School (1944) and earned her Associates of Arts at Kilgore College (1946), she had a career in the Accounting field. Dulene married the love of her life and best friend, Leslie Paul Anstine, May, 1956. Dulene loved her family with her whole heart, she also enjoyed cooking, fishing, traveling and playing golf. Dulene was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Floyd Dollins and Basil Dollins, and her son David Paul Anstine. Dulene leaves behind her beloved husband Paul, her daughter Leslie Ann Anstine Swanner (Ben), 4 grandsons, 1 granddaughter, 10 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation will be (10am-11am), Funeral service following (11am), Thursday, February 4, 2021 at Willow Meadows Baptist Church; 4300 W. Bellfort; Houston. A private graveside service will be held for her family and close friends in Gladewater.
