LOU “CARRIE” JEAN RICHARDSON

1954-2021

Beloved Sister, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Friend to many passed away on January 25, 2021. She was born May 23, 1954 in Natchitoches, Louisiana and moved to Houston, Texas in 1956. Lou worked 32years of service as a Senior Accountant at Aker Solutions where she later retired. Lou was a strong woman of Faith and accepted Christ at a early age where she became a member at Greater Mt. Horeb MBC. She was called to further her education in the Church Ministry graduating Summa Cum Lauda from the Koinonia School of Theology.

She leaves in love her Brothers, Willie and Bobby C. Richardson her Sister Gloria Burks; her children: Tamika, and Delinda Perry, Maurice Chambers and Ali Benson.

A Celebration of life will be on Saturday February 6, 2021 at Abiding Missionary Baptist Service 14145 Bridgeport Rd. Houston, Texas 77047. Her interment into the Houston Memorial Gardens Cemetery will be Saturday February 6, 2021 entrusted by McCoy & Harrison Funeral Home.
