Cart.com acquires Phoenix-based box company

Cart.com, a Houston e-commerce-as-a-service company, has acquired Phoenix-based Cheap Cheap Moving Boxes, a direct to consumer moving box brand with significant supply chain, operational and logistics capabilities.

Terms were not disclosed.

Cart.com’s set of services and software includes end-to-end services, from marketing and merchandising support to storefront software and fulfillment services, financing and customer service.
