A story and chart titled “Sales trends” on page B1 on Thursday contained incorrect information. Homes priced from $250,000 to $499,000 had a 62 percent jump in sales in January, while sales of homes from $500,000 to $749,999 rose by 70 percent, according to the Houston Association of Realtors.
