Man dies after being ejected from crashed car

A fatal crash Sunday in northwest Houston left one man dead, according to authorities.

The crash happened around 3 a.m. in the 9700 block of Hammerly Boulevard in the Spring Branch North area.

Police found the vehicle overturned with the driver ejected in the roadway. The cause of the crash and whether weather was a factor was not known.
