Beal scored 33 points on 12 of 28 shooting, 1 of 5 from distance, in the first meeting with Houston. … Russell Westbrook is averaging 19.5 points and a team-high nine rebounds and 9.1 assists. But Westbrook made just 41.3 percent of his shots, down from a career-best 47.2 percent last season with the Rockets, and the Wizards are 3-14 in games he has played, beating the Nets twice and the Celtics. Westbrook has not played in both games of back-to-backs, but Wizards coach Scott Brooks said a decision about whether Westbrook plays will not be made until Monday. … Forward Davis Bertans, who made 42.4 percent of his 3-pointers last season, has made just 33.1 percent this season.
