The Wizards topped the Celtics 104-91 on Sunday in a game added to the schedule because of a postponeme­nt. Washington is 3-3 in the second half of back-to-backs. … With Moe Wagner getting the start at center Sunday, the Wizards have used 17 starting lineups in their first 24 games. …Washington’s 33.6 percent 3-point shooting is the worst in the NBA. … Guard Bradley Beal’s average of 32.9 points per game leads the NBA. Beal scored 33 points on 12 of 28 shooting, 1 of 5 from distance, in the first meeting with Houston. … Russell Westbrook is averaging 19.5 points and a team-high nine rebounds and 9.1 assists. But Westbrook made just 41.3 percent of his shots, down from a career-best 47.2 percent last season with the Rockets, and the Wizards are 3-14 in games he has played, beating the Nets twice and the Celtics. Westbrook has not played in both games of back-to-backs, but Wizards coach Scott Brooks said a decision about whether Westbrook plays will not be made until Monday. … Forward Davis Bertans, who made 42.4 percent of his 3-pointers last season, has made just 33.1 percent this season.
