Raptors send Bucks to 4th loss in row

MILWAUKEE — Fred VanVleet scored 33 points, Pascal Siakam added 23 and the Toronto Raptors withstood the loss of Kyle Lowry to beat the slumping Milwaukee Bucks 124113 on Tuesday night.

Lowry exited with a sore left ankle in the third quarter but had 18 points, six rebounds and six assists in 22 minutes.

Milwaukee lost its fourth straight despite getting 34 points, 10 rebounds and eight assists from Giannis Antetokoun­mpo.

NETS 128, SUNS 124

James Harden scored 38 points and hit the goahead 3-pointer with 29.8 seconds remaining as visiting Brooklyn overcame a 24-point deficit to stun Phoenix and end its winning streak at six.

The Nets, playing without Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving, finished the game on a 12-0 run.

CELTICS 112, NUGGETS 99

Jaylen Brown had 27 points and eight assists to help host Boston withstand 43 points from Nikola Jokic to beat Denver.

Jayson Tatum added 21 points to help the Celtics bounce back following back-to-back losses to Detroit and Washington.

LeBron James had 30 points, 13 rebounds and seven assists and Dennis Schroder scored 24, helping Los Angeles pull away to win at Minneapoli­s.
