Injured Morris to miss qualifiers

American forward Jordan Morris tore his left ACL while on loan to Swansea in the English Premier League.

Swansea said he will

miss the rest of the English season, and the injury appears likely to sideline him from at least the first eight U.S. World Cup qualifiers, which start in September.

• Up to 10,000 supporters could be allowed back into English Premier League stadiums for the final day of the season in May and in time for Wembley Stadium hosting European Championship games in plans announced by the government.
