How to watch the hearings

To watch the hearings online, visit https://house.texas.gov/ video-audio/ for the House and https://senate.texas.gov/ av-live.php for the Senate. They start at 9 a.m. Thursday.

The House and Senate have different COVID-19 rules for public attendees. Masks are required for entry to the House hearing in the Capitol Extension in Room E1.030. An overflow room will likely be set up in a to-be-determined location.

A negative COVID-19 test or proof of vaccination will be required to enter the Senate Chamber. Free tests are available at the north plaza of the Capitol. Limited seating will be available in the gallery because social distancing will be observed. Masks will be required.
