Resident claims Powerball ticket worth $1 million
A Pasadena resident who chose to remain anonymous has claimed a Powerball ticket worth $1 million that was purchased at a Houston convenience store.
The resident bought the winning lottery ticket on Jan. 16 at KS No. 32, 8055 N. Sam Houston Parkway W., Suite A.
According to a Texas Lottery press release, the second-tier Quick Pick ticket was matched for all five of the white ball numbers drawn, but not the red Powerball number.
Another Pasadena resident, also anonymous, recently won $1 million off an Extreme Cash scratchoff ticket bought at Stallion Express Chevron at 3423 Strawberry Road, Pasadena.
