State targets illegal drinking
March usually has spring breakers hitting Texas beaches, bars and party spots across the state. That also means the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission will be watching for underage drinking.
Agents will be increasing inspections to ensure compliance with safety guidelines to reduce exposure to the virus.
TABC agents will visit locations where alcohol is sold throughout the month. The agency announced Tuesday operations in and around cities with major colleges or universities, as well as popular destinations along the Gulf Coast.
