OLIVIA KY-HUONG NGUYEN

Olivia Ky-Huong Nguyen, age 11, passed away on February 16, 2021. Olivia was born on March 27, 2009 in Houston, TX. Smart, mature, and gentle in spirit, Olivia was known for her sarcastic sense of humor, thoughtful demeanor, and was a protective, patient big sister to her brother, Edison, and sister, Colette. A true “foodie,” she was always up to try anything. Olivia was always willing to play games with her younger siblings, and never hesitated to put everyone before herself.

A scholar student at St. Laurence Catholic School, she took an interest in history and social studies, and played tennis. Most of all, she loved Point O’Pines summer camp, and stayed connected with her bunk mates even throughout the pandemic. Olivia is survived by her parents, Jackie and Nathan, grandparents Tinh and Thoi Nguyen, as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be held at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Sugar Land, TX on March 3rd at 10:00 a.m with a special prayer vigil the night prior on March 2nd at 7:00 p.m. Donations in honor of Olivia, Edison, and Colette can be made at www. ceowintx.com
