Nuveen Global Cities REIT Inc. has acquired two healthcare related properties for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $59 million. One, Hillcroft Medical Center, is in Sugar Land. The 41,000-square-foot medical office building is approximately 92.5 percent leased to Hillcroft Medical Clinic Association.
